Dispatch Assistant

Belgrade

• Working time: Monday to Friday – second shift, from 3 p.m.

 

Primary duties and responsibilities:

• Providing logistical coordination to all cargo motor vehicles engaged in the territory of the United States;
• Providing updates to the brokers;
• Negotiation for the purpose of contracting transport services and the price of the same;
• Entering data on contracted tours into the internal software;
• Communication with drivers and other employees;
• Completing and entering loads in the system;
• Monitoring drivers and making sure they have all info;
• Performing other tasks related to the position of dispatcher, as well as other related and similar tasks of more or less complexity by order of the director;

 

Requirements:

• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
• Problem - solving aptitude
• Good communicational skills
• Ability to multitask
• Team player
