BIA Group is a fast-growing company USA Trucking Company, located in Mt Prospect IL, with offices in Belgrade and Cacak. Our expanding company is seeking to hire an Operations Manager to join our leadership team. You will be in charge of providing inspired leadership for the operation of one of our organization's lines of business, which involves making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.

 

Responsibilities:

• Organization of office work
• Monitoring the work and support of the dispatch team
• Measuring the performance of the dispatch sector / individually and at the group level
• Responsible for work discipline
• Organizing introductory programs for new employees
• Training of new employees in the dispatch sector
• Responsible for adhering to the company's internal procedures, instructions, and operations
• Work with the board of directors to determine the value and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
• Identifying and resolving problems and opportunities for the company.
• Supporting communication between employees and the management team

 

Requirements:

• Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as a dispatcher in the USA trucking industry

• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
• Problem - solving aptitude
• Good communicational skills
• Ability to multitask
• Team player
